  • •Soutenir, encadrer et motiver l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et offrir un service client exemplaire
  • •Gérer les stocks, appliquer les procédures Pandora, et optimiser l’organisation et la rotation des équipes pour les KPI et la sécurité
  • •Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’activité de la boutique en l’absence du/la Responsable
  • •Avoir une forte présence sur le terrain et influencer les ventes par un leadership sur le terrain
  • •Veiller au respect des directives en matière de Merchandising Visuel et incarner les valeurs de Pandora
