Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance for RTD brands in Texas, including Jack Daniel’s RTDs and el Jimador RTDs, and future innovations.
  • •Collaborate with distributors and local teams to create and execute programs that ensure superior RTD brand execution.
  • •Partner with National Accounts and Market Managers to develop account and market plans, including KPIs and distributor pricing/incentives/programming.
  • •Manage distributor investments, brand spending, and activity support to ensure effective use of resources and fiscal plan delivery.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for 20+ distributors, lead distributor training and market visits, and ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol and/or beverage industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics and maintaining a strong market presence with key accounts and customers.
  • •Strong coaching and sales training skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across channels, functions, and geographies.
  • •Enterprise mindset with the ability to prioritize overall business needs over specific territory or team needs.
  • •Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required, with a valid state driver’s license and the capability to lift 60 pounds; systems proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
