Key Responsibilities

•Leading drafting and negotiation on a broad range of agreements (including Master Services Agreements, terms of service, services agreements, other SaaS agreements, NDAs, data processing addenda, and requests for proposals) supporting DataCamp’s business teams, with a primary focus of supporting the licensing of DataCamp’s products and services to its customers and channel partners and vendor software licensing.
•Owning deals end-to-end, from first redline through signature, including direct engagement with customer counsel and procurement teams. You will be the named legal contact on the deals you run.
•Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion — including at quarter-end and year-end.
•Facilitating the timely closure of business transactions while minimizing risk exposure.
•Providing day-to-day commercial legal support, business-focused counseling, and advice to the sales organization — practical advice that helps stakeholders get to yes rather than gating them on risk.
