Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain a high knowledge level of high-voltage, low-voltage, and electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow correct repair order documentation procedures (The Three C’s).
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers to support positive client experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair experience.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and electric vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 certification, plus willingness to complete CPR training post hire.
