Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, development, and task management for quality and compliance initiatives, including issue identification, analysis, and presentation of findings.
  • •Responsible for all areas of the Quality function and provide support within Operations, including leading quality teams and projects.
  • •Ensure quality strategies, compliance, and processes are in place to meet price, quality, and delivery targets; monitor and report KPIs regularly.
  • •Drive Lean business practices and continuous improvement, including reducing damage ratio, warranty issues, cost of quality, and in-house scrap and waste.
  • •Ensure audits of third-party QC agents, manage corrective and preventative actions, coordinate supplier quality claims, and oversee warranty replacement and statutory compliance (e.g., SABER, ECAS, FCM).

  • •Own strategic and tactical delivery of quality strategy across product quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • •Lead and develop a Quality Management system to support best-in-class products and business practices.
  • •Monitor and report quality KPIs across the business to ensure projects are delivered on cost and on time.
  • •Drive corrective and preventive actions with suppliers/vendors and Operations to prevent customer complaints and rework.
