Customer Engineer 客戶技術支援工程師

Serve as the direct liaison with semiconductor and display customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment. Use digital analytics and diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate with other engineers and participate in escalations, while following procedures, checklists, safety standards, and customer support plans to ensure high customer satisfaction.
