Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain strategic and daily operational plans for rides and attractions within Technical Services.
  • •Coordinate and assign technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain ride and venue equipment and operations.
  • •Maintain attraction documentation and ensure daily shift reporting for activities performed.
  • •Ensure ride and attraction equipment safety standards are met according to USH policies, manufacturing practices, and local standards.
  • •Provide technical oversight and guidance (including mentoring) and manage technical interactions with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • •3-5 years of operations management and team leadership experience, or equivalent experience and education.
  • •Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
