•Create packaging and product storytelling for collaborations, licensed partnerships, and collectible product launches.
•Translate partner narratives, product concepts, and cultural moments into visual design and unboxing experiences.
•Apply Crocs design standards while developing unique expressions for each collaboration and special project.
•Deliver high-quality craft across typography, layout, color, materials, and finishes with exceptional attention to detail.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to take projects from concept through production and coordinate multiple launches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Communication Design, or related field.

•Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual build skill and creative problem-solving.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI-enabled creative tools.
