Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive software design, optimization/implementation, and execution for customer projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Support presales by translating business requirements into solution design and participating in statement of work scoping, review, creation, and kick-off meetings.
  • •Assist customers with development, integration, and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies, and build customer simulations in internal labs to resolve/validate issues.
  • •Create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer including Customer Requirements Documents, Implementation Plans, and High Level Design Documents.
  • •Serve as a focal point for problem resolution across an appropriate range of Cisco technologies and mentor/develop other engineers, including training new and junior resources.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science (or equivalent) with 8+ years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
  • •Proficiency in Python, including efficient use of AI coding tools.
  • •Expertise in data structures & algorithms; database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL) tuning; RESTful API design; parsing and regex; Kafka and Golang.
  • •Expertise in software design principles (design patterns), version control systems, and Linux troubleshooting.
  • •Experience across the software development lifecycle with agile methodologies; software automation/workflow orchestration; microservices, containers/Kubernetes, cloud, and open source.
