Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving revenue via new work and renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, and staffing, highlighting issues or conflicts as appropriate.
  • •Deliver line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support growth objectives.
  • •Oversee financial management tasks such as margin tracking, fee/resource forecasts, invoicing accuracy/timeliness, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • •8+ years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience effectively managing client accounts.
  • •Experience managing teams of project managers and supporting staff.
  • •Strong knowledge of the construction project lifecycle and ability to develop client and internal relationships.
