Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch CMP bond process tools and complete all required safety training while following Micron safety policies.
  • •Lead design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and process gaps.
  • •Supervise equipment installation and upgrades while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules.
  • •Coordinate with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap needs.
  • •Create and maintain documentation covering equipment performance, operating procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics, and respond to internal and external audits.
