Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with the direct manager to ensure site and team support while complying with CATRION systems and QHSE requirements.
  • •Train and develop junior team members and staff in the CATRION quality system, including toolbox talks, onboarding, and ongoing training.
  • •Conduct regular area reviews to ensure team members meet performance standards and coordinate quality monitoring that measures customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • •Support employee evaluation/appraisals, improvement plans, promotions, and grievances management.
  • •Own camp/site administration tasks and help keep within budgets for labor, food, cleaning materials, utensils, and other miscellaneous costs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of experience in a hospitality operations environment.
  • •Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene, with ISO and HACCP understanding.
  • •Ability to train and develop junior team members in the CATRION quality system and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • •Strong performance and people-management skills, including conducting area reviews and supporting employee evaluations/appraisals.
  • •Ability to support budget and cost control (food, labor, overheads) and manage client relationships while resolving issues quickly.
