Job Summary

Lead the ANZ sales organization for UiPath, overseeing multi-level management with pan-EMEA/global responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and direct the Australia and New Zealand Sales organization across multiple levels of management with pan-EMEA and global responsibilities.
•Analyze territory and market potential to develop sales strategies and maximize revenue.
•Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly cycle.
•Evangelize UiPath’s brand and solutions to executives, using a value-based selling approach.
•Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, partners, and global systems integrators to drive opportunities and successful implementations

Key Requirements

•Experience leading and growing an enterprise sales organization, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
•Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts clearly to executives and decision-makers, shaping business cases for automation solutions.
•Proven ability to grow an enterprise client portfolio and develop long-term relationships across multiple departments and levels of leadership.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across teams (sales, customer success, partners, and global teams) to drive customer outcomes.
•Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing large-scale enterprise deals, with a data-driven, consultative approach.
