Key Responsibilities

•Own the architectural vision for integrating AI into security domains, spanning on-device inference, cloud-assisted pipelines, and fully agentic decision workflows.
•Design AI-native systems from first principles and define trade-offs across latency, resource budgets, accuracy, evasion resistance, and platform constraints.
•Architect boundaries between autonomous AI decision-making and human expert judgment for critical security workflows, including tool use, orchestration, memory, and guardrails.
•Drive key AI product initiatives from early concept through architecture validation and technical narrative ownership, including prototyping and course-correcting when execution drifts.
•Define evaluation and AI adoption frameworks, and identify where modernization or consolidation creates AI architecture opportunities or compounding risk.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in security engineering or research (e.g., AI security, threat detection, cloud security, vulnerability research, or large-scale telemetry).
•Deep understanding of at least one security domain at production scale, including failure modes and real-world constraints.
•Production experience integrating LLM/SLM systems into agentic workflows or multi-model systems, including planning, tool use, memory, orchestration, and human oversight.
•Ability to reason about inference trade-offs (latency, privacy, accuracy, evasion resistance) and agentic failure modes in adversarial environments.
•Track record demonstrating depth, such as shipped systems, published research, CVEs, open-source contributions, or conference presentations.
