Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hearing tests, evaluate customer needs, and provide information to select the best solution.
  • •Fit and adjust hearing aids and other technical equipment based on customer needs.
  • •Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
  • •Ensure tasks and processes are carried out according to AudioNova and relevant authority standards and guidelines.
  • •Participate in improvement actions proposed by the Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Support Office.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed audiologist (Leg. Audionom) with Socialstyrelsen-approved authorization after completing audiology training.
  • •Knowledge of audiology and understanding of the connection between audiology, products, and service.

  • •Structured working style with the ability to prioritize and handle sudden changes in daily plans.
