Maintenance Customer Technical Training Specialist (Mid-Level & Senior)

Design, develop, and deliver technical training solutions for military aircraft maintainers supporting Boeing programs in Hazelwood, MO. Identify and define customer training needs, propose course content and technologies, create lesson plans, and instruct advanced courses. Develop and maintain training standards/specifications and evaluate effectiveness using customer feedback and operational outcomes. Requires hands-on aircraft maintenance experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
