Key Requirements

  • •Requires a High School diploma or GED.
  • •1–2 years of related experience.
  • •For Arkansas Total Care plan: Bachelor’s degree in social science/health-related field OR high school diploma with at least 1 year coordinating care for developmentally/intellectually disabled or behavioral health clients.
  • •Designated safety sensitive in Arkansas—must have a driver’s license, pass child/adult maltreatment check before hire and recurring, and complete a drug screen at time of hire and recurring.
  • •Must reside in AR (or border city); this field-based role includes travel (30% required) and supports members across specified Arkansas counties.
