Job Summary

Data Analyst in the Internal Audit Analytics team partnering with IA to develop and implement analytics strategy across Wise, with a focus on APAC audits. You’ll enable data-driven insights, automate testing, build MI dashboards, and collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business specialists to improve audit coverage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with IA stakeholders across regions, products and domains (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance and Technology) with a focus on APAC audits.
•Identify and implement opportunities to perform high-impact analytics within audits and upskill IA partners to do the same.
•Collaborate with analytics, engineering and business specialists to explore datasets, perform analytics, and develop deep understanding of Wise operations.
•Champion data-led insights across IA activities and drive analytics-enabled value creation beyond the annual audit plan.
•Drive automation and tooling projects to raise IA efficiency, including workflow automation, continuous auditing, AI leverage, and MI dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 101,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data analytics
•1+ years of data analytics experience within an audit, risk, or compliance related role
•Experience of working in fintech or broader financial services industries
•Advanced stakeholder management skills; you know how to leverage multiple different teams to deliver high-impact change including analytics, engineering, and business specialists
•Extensive experience using SQL; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation tools to surface insights
