•Ensure growth and profitability of the PRM team and maintain high standards of Financial Planning aligned with the bank's direction.
•Develop PRM team members in job knowledge and adherence to the bank's core values; promote cross‑team cooperation.
•Foster a positive sales culture; drive self‑motivation and adaptability while safeguarding the bank from potential losses.

Key Requirements

•College graduate or above
•Has working experience in financial service industry
•Prior experience in a sales/service role is preferred
