Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize each client’s use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio and act as floor plan subject matter expert.
  • •Engage with clients in person or virtually and collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, profitability, and risk mitigation.
  • •Educate and coach clients on performance behaviors, self-service options, and compliance with company policies.
  • •Collect and analyze client financial information and internal reports/dashboards to monitor performance, identify distress, and address risk.
  • •Collaborate with Risk and Recovery on pre-default mitigation and post-default collections; document client interactions in Salesforce and support onboarding and required projects.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 4+ years of related experience in finance, client-facing roles, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections; or an equivalent combination of education/experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Proficient financial knowledge and acumen, including reading/analyzing profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns, and bank statements.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce; ability to analyze financials and identify risk indicators through data tools.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and collection skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • •Ability to work independently in a remote environment and visit clients at least 60% of the time; valid driver’s license required.
