  • •Lead strategy, development, and governance for Microsoft 365 architecture, administrative standards, and platform capabilities.
  • •Provide technical leadership and management oversight for enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
  • •Act as liaison between Lumen and Microsoft for platform deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and governance.
  • •Manage platform health, availability, administration, support, documentation, policies, and operational processes.
  • •Improve data lifecycle management, security, integrations, and process automation in partnership with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree.
  • •Minimum 8 years of Microsoft administrative and architecture experience, including managing or leading technical teams in an enterprise environment.
  • •Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio (design, develop, and maintain solutions).
  • •Extensive Microsoft experience implementing and managing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions with security and access management.
  • •Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software application and integration/security issues.
