Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pregnancy and birth doula support as part of Loula’s independent doula network.
  • •Partner with Loula’s support for Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment operations in California.
  • •Accept referrals to insured clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Maintain required trainings and coverage (adult/infant CPR, HIPAA training, liability insurance) to stay eligible for partnership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult CPR and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Be located in California and meet the listed minimum qualifications to move forward with an introductory meeting.
