Job Summary

Drive new partner business for a leading AI-powered operating system for beauty and wellness. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you’ll prospect and manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and demos to closing—while contacting qualified inbound leads and documenting outcomes in the CRM. Work with the Commercial team and other departments to align solutions to partners’ needs, provide market feedback, and ensure a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and manage the full sales process from prospecting to close.
•Call and contact key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business (with in-person meetings as appropriate).
•Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions to their business objectives.
•Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, document call outcomes in the CRM, and serve as a lead point of contact for partners’ commercial activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 60,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
•Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and operate as a true hunter.
•Fluency in English and another language (bi-lingual).
•Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
