Job Summary

Commission new HVAC/environmental control systems, diagnose issues, and repair equipment at customer sites. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and direct digital control (DDC) systems, while enforcing safety standards and handling company assets with proper documentation. Be flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays.

•Provide direct customer support on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and repair at customer locations.
•Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
•Stay current on Trane products for installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•Preferred experience with DDC controls systems.
•EPA preferred.
