Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure SHEQ adherence for projects in the portfolio and for aligned PMs.
  • •Review and approve proposal/project contract documents, risk and pricing; oversee execution, quality plans, and risk registers.
  • •Drive budgeted net revenue delivery for the project portfolio through change management, cash management, and high-quality service delivery.
  • •Conduct monthly operational project reviews and internal administrative project reviews; monitor estimates-to-complete and address variances with PMs.
  • •Manage, coach, and provide skill/career development for aligned PMs; oversee resource loading, talent engagement, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related field.
  • •15+ years delivering and proposing Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning/design and construction-phase oversight on U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) IDIQ contracts (Army IDIQ experience preferred).
  • •5+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
  • •US professional registration as a licensed Architect or Engineer.
  • •Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.
