Job Summary

Lead teams building Spotify’s agentic, generative-AI listening experiences at the heart of music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Drive the technical strategy for how agents are built, evaluated, and scaled—shaping production systems engineering, LLM infrastructure, evaluation science, and applied research. Provide servant leadership to ~5–10 people, partner with product leadership on roadmaps and success metrics, and consolidate agent implementations into a single engine powering the next generation of the platform.

•Be accountable for teams delivering Spotify Agentic Experience and new innovative agent-powered products.
•Develop generative AI technology strategy with collaborators and influence senior leaders across the company.
•Provide servant leadership to several teams spanning research, machine learning, backend engineering, and engineering management.
•Directly manage ~5–10 people and cultivate a balanced, collaborative, diverse engineering culture.
•Partner with product leadership to define strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps, and influence technical design/architecture of agent stacks.
