Job Summary

Own market intelligence and ecosystem engagement across Argentina and the surrounding region, building Circle’s brand presence across DeFi, crypto capital markets, and institutional payments use cases. Key Responsibilities

•Gather market intelligence and build brand awareness across DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments, and institutional use cases in Argentina and the surrounding region.
•Identify and engage market participants and ecosystem contacts while maintaining contemporaneous records of counterparty-initiated contact to evidence absence of active solicitation.
•Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to share regulatory insights that inform pipeline strategy and market entry sequencing.
•Coordinate with Product, Solutions, and Operations to relay market feedback and support compliant ecosystem engagement.
•Track and report market intelligence, regulatory developments, and stakeholder engagement activities to inform strategy.

Key Requirements

•13+ years of experience in business development and market expansion.
•Proven ability driving growth, revenue, or transaction volume in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
•Demonstrated ability to drive ecosystem growth and build complex partnerships.
•Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, and technical teams to close and scale partnerships.
•Senior-level experience working with regulators, policymakers, or government stakeholders and a deep understanding of crypto markets, stablecoins, DeFi, and institutional financial flows.
