Key Responsibilities

  • •Innovate search algorithm and architecture R&D for products and businesses, using end-to-end machine learning modeling.
  • •Advance NLP capabilities across tasks such as word segmentation, NER, and multimodal pre-training.
  • •Develop cross-modal matching for semantic understanding and multimodal video retrieval.
  • •Research large-scale streaming ML for personalized ranking and recommendation in search.
  • •Design and optimize distributed and machine learning systems for high-scale data, including indexing efficiency and online service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (doctor degree) preferred in fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • •Experience or published papers in top AI conferences, or deep research experience.
  • •Strong foundation in machine learning/deep learning algorithms and coding skills.
  • •Proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
  • •Good team communication and collaboration skills.
