Mechanical Senior Supervisor

Supervise detailed maintenance activities on the Typhoon aircraft and components during primary/minor/major servicing, including diagnostics, fault rectification, inspections, repairs, modifications, and functional/system testing. Manage Part 145 delivery performance by prioritizing work, ensuring airworthiness records and documentation are maintained, supporting compliance with procedures/standards, and promoting safety and human factors. Lead and develop team members, ensuring authorization, competence, and timely escalation of issues.
