Commercial Construction Draw Specialist

Assist with processing construction draws for commercial borrowers by reviewing advance requests, verifying documentation, and ensuring submissions align with project budgets, loan agreements, and regulations. Coordinate with external vendors and third-party inspectors, update draw monitoring systems based on inspection results, and communicate draw status and discrepancies to lenders, borrowers, and vendors. Support participation/syndication loan draw funding and maintain confidentiality while meeting audit and compliance requirements.
