Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead incident management and act as an escalation point for high-priority issues.
  • •Oversee user support to ensure strong ownership and timely request resolution.
  • •Ensure effective batch monitoring and operational oversight across critical processes.
  • •Drive change management with business, development, and vendor teams, coordinating controlled releases across PROD / REL / QA / UAT.
  • •Own audit responses, control validation, and remediation actions; manage vendor relationships and deliver service improvements through automation and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Application / Production Support within a regulated financial services environment.
  • •Strong experience managing multiple high-priority incidents concurrently under pressure while making sound decisions.
  • •Solid understanding of Incident and Change Management processes, with experience leading resolution and coordination.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • •Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
