Temp - Information Technology Cross-Function Assistant Vice President

Own end-to-end application management and production support for Compliance platforms, including Communication Surveillance, Trade Surveillance, and Employee Conflicts of Interest. Partner with the Back Office Application Management team to ensure platform stability, high availability, robust controls, and effective incident management. Lead escalation for major incidents, drive change initiatives, manage vendors, support audits and risk remediation, and improve automation, monitoring, and operational processes across environments.
