Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of the Treasury Management System functionality, primarily ION IT2.
  • •Handle BAU Treasury Systems activities such as user access, static data maintenance, account/party setup, user group changes, system validations, and user support.
  • •Support treasury system projects, upgrades, enhancements, automation initiatives, process improvements, and post-implementation activities.
  • •Coordinate requirements and issue resolution with Treasury, Finance, IT, banks, vendors, and stakeholders across incidents, service requests, change requests, and troubleshooting.
  • •Support integrations and testing activities, including ERP/banking connectivity, file transfers, reporting tools, SWIFT and payment files, and prepare documentation for SOPs/runbooks and audit/control readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in Treasury Systems, corporate treasury operations, or financial systems support, banking systems, or finance technology.
  • •Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, preferably ION IT2; exposure to Kyriba, SAP TRM, Oracle Treasury, or FIS is an advantage.
  • •Experience supporting TMS configuration and operations, including master data, user access, workflows, interfaces, reports, enhancements, testing, change requests, and production support.
  • •Hands-on experience with ION IT2 configuration and related activities such as static data, user groups, accounts/parties, payments, and reports.
  • •Strong understanding of treasury payments and messaging concepts (e.g., SWIFT messages, payment files, bank connectivity, host-to-host, SFTP/FTP, XML/MT/CAMT) plus finance controls and SOX-related requirements.
