Job Summary

Operate and monitor plant process equipment to support daily manufacturing runs, maximizing unit reliability and production quality. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, execute changeovers, and maintain clean work areas. Follow safety requirements and standard operating and LOTO procedures while performing QC tests and recording production data. May assist with maintenance activities, including PMs, and handle packaging, shipping prep, and material movement using proper procedures.

•Comply with all safety requirements and participate in safety activities to maintain zero safety violations.
•Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes during daily operations.
•Execute changeovers and disassemble/assemble/clean machinery as needed for production runs.
•Understand and execute daily run schedules, resolve quality issues, and report unresolved issues immediately.
•Perform packaging and material handling tasks, operate forklift to move materials and product, and follow LOTO and QC documentation procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.
•High school diploma or GED at time of application.
•Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
•Ability to follow written and verbal operating and LOTO procedures, read/interpret documents, and communicate effectively.
•Ability to meet physical and environment requirements, including lifting 55 lbs minimum, working long standing hours, and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
