Manage the talent buying process for fairs and festivals within a dedicated division, building strong relationships with artists’ teams, agents, publicists, and clients. Negotiate contracts and artist offers, research and recommend new talent based on market trends, and ensure proper documentation and execution. Use ROME and maintain show folders with accurate event data, provide marketing recommendations, coordinate logistics, and review invoices while supporting select onsite events.
