Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute sustainment engineering efforts supported by the local Heath team, including engineering execution of program work structure tasks.
  • •Perform schematic design and conduct electrical component obsolescence studies to support sustainment needs.
  • •Create and use circuit/system models (including physical, functional, or logical representations) to inform technical understanding and decisions.
  • •Apply systems analytical skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings and provide conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Support systems integration by evaluating interfaces, data flows, and control mechanisms to ensure requirements and architectures are satisfied.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • •2+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education.
  • •Knowledge of systems design and scientific principles to develop, design, analyze, test, and validate solutions for complex systems and sub-systems.
  • •Ability to apply advanced modeling techniques (e.g., mathematical modeling, simulation, design of experiments, operations research) to analyze a system.
  • •Ability to analyze and interpret engineering data for troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, modification, or redesign of assigned end items.
