Job Summary

Lead product management for FVIT and VIT fund platforms within Global Atlantic/Mutual Funds, coordinating board materials, budgets, vendor relations, and profitability analysis. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the implementation of FVIT/FVIT Funds product initiatives and strategic objectives.
•Oversee preparation for FVIT Board meetings including project timelines, agenda management, and coordination with counsel; manage online Board books and materials for Trustees.
•Manage fund expenses and budgets with the funds’ treasurer, including accruals, expense reviews, and pro-forma analysis for changes with financial impact.
•Oversee Investment Adviser expenses and profitability including allocations, invoices, budgets, and profitability reporting.
•Manage prospectus and shareholder report cycles, including timelines, document development, and distribution oversight with third-party vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree preferred; minimum 7-10 years in a financial services environment, preferably mutual funds, with progression in responsibility
•Knowledge of mutual funds and investment structures for VA or other investment-only product platforms
•Highly organized; ability to establish orderly systems for maintaining, tracking and referencing complex information and data
•Excellent analytical skills including ability to quantify impacts and synthesize data from multiple sources
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written and verbal communications)
