Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, manage, and validate high-performance storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux-based environments.
  • •Act as the domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation phases.
  • •Create documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
  • •Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
  • •Support customer resolutions by applying storage, benchmarking, and networking expertise as issues arise.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting, deploying, and validating hardware and software storage products.
  • •Deep knowledge of storage concepts and technologies, including SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RMDA (RoCEv2/InfiniBand).
  • •Experience with storage benchmarking tools such as FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage.
  • •Proficiency in Linux system administration with performance reporting/optimization/logging and advanced networking (tuning and monitoring).
  • •4-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Ansible.
