Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and shape D2C e-commerce and go-to-market strategy, including opportunity sizing, value proposition, priority segments, market sequencing, channel approach, and commercial roadmap.
  • •Analyze customer journeys, growth funnels, trading performance, and behavioral data to diagnose performance gaps and recommend clear actions.
  • •Build commercial cases and KPI frameworks, forecasting and monitoring outcomes such as traffic, acquisition, conversion, basket size, AOV, purchase frequency, repeat purchase, LTV, and incremental revenue.
  • •Embed experimentation and personalization by partnering with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to design A/B tests and apply segmentation and predictive insights.
  • •Own the full GTM lifecycle and create performance visibility through dashboards, decision-ready reporting, review rhythms, and cross-functional orchestration for launch, adoption, retention, learning, and continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital commerce, growth, product, or GTM.
  • •Commercial modeling experience including opportunity sizing, forecasting, scenario analysis, business-case development, and assessing incremental revenue and customer value.
  • •Strong hands-on analytical capability working with SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), spreadsheets, KPI modeling, segmentation, and funnel diagnostics.
  • •Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, test design, measurement, and using results to improve customer journeys and commercial performance.
  • •Proven ability to connect strategy to execution across roadmaps and measurable outcomes, with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
