Job Summary

Act as the dedicated People Business Partner for Moniepoint Kenya, partnering with the Kenya CEO to operationalize people plans that align talent priorities with business goals. Own day-to-day employee lifecycle matters, coach line managers on performance and engagement, and use people metrics to spot trends and drive solutions. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change while coordinating with COEs to deliver enterprise programs and strengthen culture and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Kenya CEO to operationalize people plans aligned to organizational goals and talent priorities.
•Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle matters in partnership with People Operations and Employee Relations.
•Coach line managers on performance management, feedback, and team engagement.
•Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify local trends and propose solutions.
•Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives; collaborate with COEs to deliver enterprise programs into Moniepoint Kenya.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
•10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in HRBP or advisory roles.
•Proven capability working as a People Business Partner in a fast-moving organization.
•Sound understanding of Kenyan labour laws and regulations.
•Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and CHRP-K certification.
