Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and analytics teams.
  • •Evaluate business workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better data integration.
  • •Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework for upcoming development cycles.
  • •Support development teams with source-to-target maps (STTM) and assist in designing Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking.
  • •Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet original business requirements; collaborate across sprint meetings and retrospectives, including running AI agents to refine model outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • •Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • •Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
