Job Summary

Work as a Business Analyst co-op bridging business needs and data/analytics solutions. You’ll capture requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile teams. Support development with source-to-target mapping, help design Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking, assist UAT, and collaborate in sprint ceremonies. You’ll also leverage AI agents to help train and refine model outputs.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and analytics teams.
•Evaluate business workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better data integration.
•Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework for upcoming development cycles.
•Support development teams with source-to-target maps (STTM) and assist in designing Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking.
•Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet original business requirements; collaborate across sprint meetings and retrospectives, including running AI agents to refine model outputs.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
•Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
•Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
•Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
