Key Responsibilities

  • •Build in customer environments by configuring and developing in sandboxes and production using Data 360 configuration, SQL, Apex, Flow, Python, REST Query API, and deployment tooling under security and release controls.
  • •Engineer the data layer by building ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution across batch and streaming sources, tuning latency/cost tradeoffs for application and agentic workloads.
  • •Prove solutions via representative test data and validation across happy paths, edge cases, access boundaries, hierarchy behavior, failure conditions, and customer-scale volumes.
  • •Ground agents by designing, building, and maintaining the AI data integration layer (RAG, vector databases, search indexes, knowledge bases) for accurate, real-time enterprise grounding.
  • •Ensure secure operations by implementing scalable integration patterns and secure authentication/authorization (OAuth, SAML), debugging issues across ingestion, mapping, identity, queries, permissions, and activations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation with a production data solution you can explain.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform across ingestion, modeling, identity, insight, activation, and operations.
