Key Responsibilities

  • •Create communication materials and update the intranet site around total rewards, global mobility, and performance management processes.
  • •Support development and maintenance of compensation structures.
  • •Conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
  • •Help harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all locations.
  • •Collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve reward programs, including recognition, benefits, and incentive schemes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent in English (verbal and written); German is a plus.
