Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce safety and security rules, policies, and directives while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • •Deliver classroom and workshop training in logistics and general subjects for the UAE Army and act as primary/alternate instructor for presentations.
  • •Advise the Chief Instructor on course development/delivery functions and on student progress and performance.
  • •Design, develop, and analyze courses using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT), including operator courses and technical evaluations for GMC technicians.
  • •Develop and continually improve instructional materials (lesson plans, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations) and support faculty while maintaining confidentiality and security.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in a relevant subject area is required (a Bachelor’s is preferred).
  • •Minimum four years of experience as an instructor in logistics/general subjects.
  • •Ability to conduct analysis and develop performance-oriented instruction and lesson plans.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
  • •Have, or be able to obtain, a valid UAE driver’s license.
