Job Summary

Lead enterprise endpoint management for global device refresh and migration programs using Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Own technical architecture for SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune, including Autopilot, Zero Touch Provisioning, co-management, patch management, and Windows 11 OS deployment. Build automation with PowerShell and Graph API, design reporting with SQL Server and Power BI, and integrate security tooling. Serve as the primary technical authority for delivery governance and escalation support from India.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning frameworks for large global device refresh programs.
•Own enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune architecture, including co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning, and Modern Management transitions.
•Own enterprise patch management programs (SLAs, exceptions, compliance reporting) and lead vulnerability remediation integrating Qualys/Tenable with patch cycles.
•Lead Windows 11 migration programs, including readiness assessment, task sequence design, pilot execution, phased rollout, and device lifecycle policies.
•Serve as primary technical point of contact for EPM accounts in India, driving governance calls, escalation resolution, and mentoring engineers through technical coaching and design reviews.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including site architecture, OSD, patch management, and reporting.
•Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access.
•Strong experience in Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment (task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, Autopilot ZTP).
•Advanced PowerShell automation across SCCM and Intune, including Graph API integrations and reporting pipelines.
•Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. CS or IT) from a recognized Indian university (or equivalent enterprise experience with advanced Microsoft certifications).
