Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of two Senior Finance Business Partners and an Analyst to ensure cohesive financial planning, cost control, and analysis across all Core Functions.
  • •Translate complex financial data and variance analyses into strategic narratives that drive actionable decisions for the leadership team.
  • •Establish and own critical financial KPIs and metrics (e.g., organizational health, span of control, location concentration, cost-per-head) to drive accountability.
  • •Oversee global headcount governance, including employee benefit expenses and a standardized headcount management framework in partnership with stakeholders and peer FBPs.
  • •Drive automation of headcount tracking and employee benefit expense reporting toward scalable, tool-driven architectures and optimize long-term workforce location expansion strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 112,000 - 150,000 annually

  • •Manage senior finance professionals and drive matrixed collaboration with peer finance partners to deliver company-wide objectives.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership teams, specifically within People and Functions.
  • •Lead complex headcount structures, long-term workforce planning, international location strategies, and large operational expense budgets.
  • •Build and own complex financial frameworks, capacity models, and planning processes using enterprise planning tools (e.g., Anaplan).
  • •Hold a professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent (MBA/Masters in Finance), with strong IFRS and corporate accounting knowledge.
