Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT systems administration in heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments for classified programs.
•Support Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication methods.
•Troubleshoot technical problems involving hardware and operating systems across moderate to high complexity scope.
•Manage data RAID and backup technologies; install and configure software applications requested by end users.
•Maintain security requirements with cybersecurity professionals, provide documentation/training, and coordinate on DoD 8140/8570 certification requirements.
