Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe and assist with overall branch operations to ensure policy and procedure compliance and report recommendations to administrative officers.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, introducing bank products, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • •Originate consumer loans by interviewing applicants, gathering information, processing preliminary documents, and evaluating loan applications and credit criteria.
  • •Originate and manage consumer and light commercial portfolios, approving loans within limits of authority and notifying applicants of decisions.
  • •Supervise a small team (3–7) and assist with personnel needs such as interviewing, hiring, and staffing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus 5 years related experience and 12 to 18 months related management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
  • •Knowledge of applicable federal laws and regulations, state laws and regulations, and bank policies and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues, including completion of required BSA/AML and compliance training as assigned.
  • •Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.
