Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional programs enabling new products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network programs to launch compliantly and at scale.
  • •Own end-to-end execution from problem definition and requirements gathering through launch, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define business requirements, operational models, control needs, and system enhancements to reduce manual work.
  • •Coordinate launch readiness activities (testing, readiness, launch, and post-launch reviews) for complex initiatives with global impact.
  • •Develop program plans and governance routines (milestones, decision logs) and track metrics, issues, and outcomes to ensure control expectations and business value are met.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, compliance, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • •Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows.
  • •Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to launch or improve systems, workflows, or controls.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
  • •Fluency in English and Japanese.
