Job Summary

Own MIS and performance reporting for the Retail Collections & Recovery function, producing daily through annual reports and maintaining KPI dashboards. Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, recoveries, and collection efficiency, including write-off and recovery-after-write-off analysis. Manage regulatory reporting workflows via the QCB Portal, ensuring timely, accurate submissions, and reconcile/validate data shared across Collections, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and performance reports.
•Develop and maintain dashboards for Collections & Recovery KPIs.
•Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, recoveries, and collection efficiency.
•Analyze collector, team, agency, and legal recovery performance; prepare write-off and recovery-after-write-off reports.
•Upload, update, and maintain regulatory reports through the QCB Portal, ensuring timely and accurate submissions; reconcile and validate data across departments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
•1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Data Analysis).
•Strong knowledge of data reconciliation, quality control, and report automation techniques.
•Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, plus strong communication and collaboration abilities.
