Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve processes and systems to meet inventory accuracy targets while minimizing financial adjustments across the service and repair supply chain.
  • •Create and implement inventory control standards, policies, processes, governance, and execution across manufacturing sites and outsourced partners.
  • •Establish cycle count, physical inventory, and scrap policies including compliance, reconciliation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • •Analyze inventory trends and implement corrective actions to reduce shortages, excess exposure, aging inventory, and execution risks.
  • •Serve as senior point of contact for resolving critical inventory discrepancies and build dashboards, benchmarks, reports, playbooks, SOPs, and training to improve consistency.

Salary: USD 176,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of inventory management, inventory control, supply chain operations, material execution, and/or finance operations, plus a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven experience running cycle count programs, physical inventory policy, inventory governance, and reconciliation processes.
  • •Deep expertise in warehouse controls to ensure inventory accuracy and limit reconciliation and adjustments.
  • •Experience working with outsourced supply chain partners to deliver inventory control execution.
  • •Adept working with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and strong analytical skills with large datasets.
